After finally getting the background image to display in the preview, I refreshed the website and the background image was not there. I tried various backgrounds and nothing works and all plugins are turned off. What gives? Not asking for support but just letting you know theres a problem/bug with the background image uploader (code?) so hopefully you can fix this and update the theme. I wanted to tell you in case you want to incorporate the changes into the next release. Also, I think I'm required by the GPL to make my changes available, so hopefully this also serves that purpose. I've added a stats widget to display the total number of posts, comments, categories, tags, and pages. It's very basic, but provides some nice information on the home page. One adds an option to show posts from all categories on the homepage (so it's more of a recent list than featured content) and the other includes the categories/tags that posts belong in.
