Version 3.0 adds some amazing new functionality that you can bet I am already working on for future theme releases. For my current themes, you can rest assured that every single theme has been tested and is already compatible with 3.0 if you want to upgrade. All my current themes are also compatible with the new WordPress 3.0 network feature (previously WPMU) if you want to create a network of sites using one WordPress install. On Demand 2.0 is also compatible with the WP 3.0 menu management feature which is something I will be updating all my current themes to use in the near future.
