What is WordPress anyway?

WordPress is a state-of-the-art publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. WordPress is both free and priceless at the same time.

How do I download my theme after I make my purchase?

you will receive an email containing download link/links for the theme/themes you have purchased as soon as your payment has fully cleared. This usually happens within minutes, but could take up to an hour or more depending on your method of payment.

Can I use purchased themes on as many websites as I like?

Any theme purchased on Press75.com can be used on as many websites as you like, including client, personal and business sites. In short... Press75.com themes are unlimited.

Do you provide theme customization services?

Currently I do not provide theme customization services. However, I am working on putting together a team of certified Press75.com theme experts who I can refer customizations to as I get them.

Are theme updates free of charge?

All theme updates are completely free of charge for any customer. Typically, themes are updated on a monthly basis to ensure that every Press75.com theme stays current with the latest functionality of WordPress.

What kinds of video formats can I use with these themes?

Most of my themes (especially the video centric ones) use the Press75.com Simple Video Embedder Plugin which allows you to use ANY embeddable video format with my themes.

Can I use Press75.com themes on my WordPress.com account?

Currently you cannot use Press75.com themes (or any other commercial WordPress theme for that matter) on WordPress.com account. You need to have your own hosting account with the latest version of WordPress installed to use my themes.

Can I get a discount if I already purchased theme/themes on Press75.com?

Absolutely... just send me an email (jason@press75.com) and I will create a custom discount code for your any theme or theme pack you wish to purchase on Press75.com.

Do source design files (PSD's) come with your themes?

I do all my design work in Fireworks rather than Photoshop. Either way, I include all the source PNG files you would need to to make your customizations

I’m not going to use this theme after all... how do I get a refund?

Considering Press75.com themes are intangible digital products, I cannot provide refunds for any theme purchase. I strongly recommend that you thoroughly review each theme and ask any questions you might have prior to purchase.

Are Press75.com themes SEO optimized?

All Press75.com themes are developed according to basic SEO standards. If you are looking for advanced SEO configuration options, I would suggest that you use one of the many SEO plugins available for WordPress.

Why do you require my address upon theme purchase?

While I realize these are digital products, any business residing in Washington State is required to collect billing address information for tax purposes.

Can I get the sample data you use for your theme demos?

I have created a downloadable sample data file within each theme support forum for your reference.
