After you purchase any theme or theme pack from Press75.com, you will automatically be registered within the Press75.com support forums as a “Verified Member”. You will receive your support login details via email which should be the same email address you used to make your purchase.
Theme Documentation
Before asking questions within the forums, please use the drop down menu’s to the right for Press75.com Theme and Plugin documentation. These Installation, Setup and Usage instructions are constantly updated as I release new versions of themes and plugins, as well as when WordPress itself is updated.
Please Note
I do not offer support for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself, nor do I provide support for any 3rd party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. Support is intended for each theme as it exists prior to any customization you might have made or might want to make. Minor theme customizations will be provided depending on the request, but you should not expect free customization for any functionality not already provided within my themes.
Support Schedule
Support forums will be checked 3 times per day, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm and will be replied to in the order received. On occasion, support may be provided on weekends, but please do not expect a quick turn-around on Saturday or Sunday as I do not require my support representatives to work on weekends.
