New Customization Options & Updates
The release of “Social Life” is the start of some brand new customization options coming to all my future WordPress themes. The more I continue to develop on my new theme framework, the easier I am finding it to integrate many of the features users have been looking for. Some of the things I would like to integrate into my new themes include navigation customization, enhanced featured content customization, post layout options, enhanced background configuration options, improved advertisement management, social media options and much more. I am going to try an implement many of these things within my next few themes including the updated version of On Demand and TV Elements.
An Improved Customization and Update Process
Customization and theme updates have always been a touchy subject in the past. I am working on ways that will make the process of customizing themes a cinch including the use of “child” themes. By using child themes, your customizations will be safe and sound when I make updates to the core theme framework. I will explain this in further detail later, but I just wanted to give Press75.com customers a heads up as to what I am working on.

Hey!
I just wanted to say that your themes are top notch!
I haven’t seen themes like this!
If you have the chance to include the ability to create author pages like this :
http://mashable.com/author/barb-dybwad/
With the ability to showcase different authors social channels that would be a huge catch for us social butterflies!
Again …. Amazing work!
Thanks for the compliment Nadia… and definitely a very good suggestion about the author pages. I will put that on the list of to-do’s.
Hi Jason,
Could you please tell how to enable to show the author name in the posts like in wordpress bydefault themes?
Thank you very much!
Please note that all theme support related questions need to be posted within the Press75.com support forums. Thanks…
Hi Jason,
My web site needs a major make-over, and I have decided to use WordPress. As I look into themes, I’m finding that several professionals are offering “framwork” themes. How should I compare one framwork with another?

Really just depends on what you are looking for in a website solution.
