Purchase Terms & Conditions

This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and Circa75 Media LLC. Purchase, installation or use of any WordPress theme provided on Press75.com signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.

What is WordPress?

WordPress is a state-of-the-art publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability. Prior to using any theme sold on Press75.com, you must first have a fresh install of WordPress running on your web server. If you do not know what WordPress is, or how to install it, I would highly recommend that your head over to WordPress.org and read the Getting Started With WordPress documentation prior to purchasing any of my themes. Most hosts provide a “1 click” installation process for WordPress, but please do check with your hosting provider to verify that your account is WordPress compatible.

Payment & Delivery

After your payment has successfully been received and processed, you will received an email with download instructions. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, feel free to contact me via email at jason@press75.com.

Theme Licensing & Use

All themes and plugins, sold and distributed on Press75.com are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to my products to fit your purposes. Also, you may use purchased themes on as many websites as you like for personal, business or client projects. Please contact me directly if you require any further clarification by sending an email to jason@press75.com. Theme support will only be provided to those who purchase a theme package.

Theme Updates

All themes are consistently updated and designed to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress (currently 2.9) downloaded from WordPress.org, but I can give no guarantee that older versions of my themes will run with future versions of WordPress. Updates and new versions for any theme purchased on Press75.com are distributed free of charge for any current theme owner. However, old versions of themes will no longer be supported as new versions are released. Please note that my themes are not compatible with WPMU at this time.

Refund Policy

Since I am offering non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods on Press75.com, I do not offer refunds for any theme purchases. Every theme sold on Press75.com has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will. If any purchased theme does not function as intended, I will fix the problem. Please do feel free to ask me any questions you might have prior to purchase by sending an email to jason@press75.com.

Warranty

All of the themes sold on Press75.com are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress (currently 2.9) under a “clean” installation. I do not guarantee that any of my theme’s will run properly on anything less than WordPress 2.8. Please note that my themes are not compatible with WPMU at this time. Once you modify any theme files or install third party plugins, I cannot guarantee that the theme will work, nor am I responsible to support any problems that occur as a result of modified themes. I strive to make my themes as compliant as possible, but I cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Every theme sold on Press75.com is thoroughly tested against the more popular web browsers including the latest versions of IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome, but you should take the time to test browser compatibility against the theme demonstrations available on Press75.com before purchase.

Featured Categories are Just as Valuable as Featured Posts

If you haven't checked out my latest Video Theme yet, you might want to have a look. The brand new TV Elements 3.0 WordPress theme has what I think is a great new feature that I intend on implementing within many of my upcoming themes. I wanted to create a way where you could choose and feature "categories" similar to the way most themes allow you to feature posts. With that in mind, I developed a featured category gallery for the new TV Elements theme that allows you to configure up to 12 categories of your choice. Each featured category ...

Auto Support Registration for new Press75.com Customers

Posted by Jason Schuller

Something I have been meaning to do for quite a long time is integrate auto support registration for all Press75.com customers. Until now, this was a painstaking manual process which entailed new customers having to manually register within the support forums and then verify their membership via email. This was very time consuming for both the customer and myself. As of today, support forum registration is automatic. When you make any theme or theme pack purchase on Press75.com, you will automatically be registered within the support forums and will be notified via email of your account details. I know this ...

Random Testimonials:

I think your themes and support are first class. In fact I don’t really want to buy any more themes from anyone else as the support simply doesn’t match what you guys do – keep up the good work!
