A Lifestream WordPress Theme

The Seven Five is a semi-automatic “Lifestream” WordPress theme taking minimalism to an entirely new level. This theme is intended for those looking for a simple, efficient and clean solution for integrating all the services you have come to love such as Twitter, Flickr and more. Of course, the Seven Five theme provides all the standard blogging functionality of  WordPress as well.

Currently Supported Services (Many More to Come)

The Seven Five theme is entirely independent of 3rd party plugins which means that I am in the process of hard coding each requested service as I have time. This initial release is compatible with Twitter.com, Flickr.com, Delicious.com as well as an option to set an external RSS feed of your choice. I will be releasing updates to this theme as often as possible integrating more and more services with each release.

WordPress 2.9 Compatible

All of the themes sold on Press75.com are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress (currently 2.9) under a "clean" installation. If you do not know what WordPress is, or how to install it, I would highly recommend that your head over to WordPress.org and read the Getting Started With WordPress documentation prior to purchasing any of my themes. Most hosts provide a "1 click" installation process for WordPress, but please do check with your hosting provider to verify that your account is WordPress compatible.

Seven Five is a Cinch to Use

One of the best things about the Seven Five theme is that if you know how to use WordPress, you already know how to use Seven Five. But, as always, if you need a little coaching, the Seven Five theme is fully documented and supported. Theme Requirements

Seven Five requires WordPress 2.8+, MySQL 5+ and PHP 5+ with GD Support enabled in order to function properly. If you're not sure that your hosting environment will support the Seven Five theme, you can download the free requirements check plugin HERE. Simply upload then activate the plugin after which a message will be displayed telling you if your environment is compatible. If your hosting environment is not compatible, a list will be displayed telling you exactly what needs to be upgraded.

Auto Support Registration for new Press75.com Customers

Posted by Jason Schuller

Something I have been meaning to do for quite a long time is integrate auto support registration for all Press75.com customers. Until now, this was a painstaking manual process which entailed new customers having to manually register within the support forums and then verify their membership via email. This was very time consuming for both the customer and myself. As of today, support forum registration is automatic. When you make any theme or theme pack purchase on Press75.com, you will automatically be registered within the support forums and will be notified via email of your account details. I know this ...

Auto Installation of Required Plugins for Press75.com Themes

Posted by Jason Schuller

I have been busy trying to find ways to make the installation process for themes even easier for all levels of WordPress users. Downloading and installing required theme plugins doesn't take long, but I have made this process much faster by creating an "auto-install" option upon theme activation. Basically, after activating any Press75.com theme, you will be notified as to which plugins are required along with an "Install" link. Click the "Install" link to auto-install each plugin and then simply activate them after the installation process is complete. Check out the video below for a quick demonstration of this new ...

Random Testimonials:

I think your themes and support are first class. In fact I don’t really want to buy any more themes from anyone else as the support simply doesn’t match what you guys do – keep up the good work!
